In order to ensure that there is a team able to maintain a course reserve collection, while simultaneously increasing the hours that these materials are available, Lari Langford, Head, Robarts User Services agreed that all Inforum's Course Reserve books could be relocated to Robarts Course Reserves, on the 3rd floor (Media Commons).
The books were moved on Monday December 16, 2019. The Course Reserves stacks at the Media Commons are closed, so books must be requested at the service desk by their call numbers.
The Inforum has arranged a partnership with the UTL's Scholarly Communications and Copyright Office (SCCO) Syllabus Service. The service is available to faculty members and instructors on a semesterly basis. Course readings are made available to students, while respecting Canadian copyright law and existing U of T licensing agreements and policies.

From January 2020, research and reference help will be available through Robarts Library services. Help is available in-person, by phone or email, and through chat, as described here. Consultations with Nalini K. Singh, reference librarian, who has been seconded to User Services, Robarts Library from February 2020, may be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org from February 2020 onwards.
Content relating to technology loans, computing and software, print/copy/scan, how to access U of T Library services, iRelax, Mindful Moments, events, group study rooms, 4th & 5th floor spaces, FI theses & dissertations, has now moved to the iSchool website. See redirect links from the Inforum website.
The Inforum website will continue to host information about iSkills & Orientation workshops.

KMDI-Semaphore 307 Makerspace moved into room 417 in the Inforum in December. With the support of facilities staff, Director Sara Grimes, her KMDI team, and Interim Inforum Director Kathleen Scheaffer have worked together to ensure a smooth move.
Student Services staff have moved to the 4th floor Inforum back offices.
Part-time contract librarian, Daisy Dowdall, has moved to a 2nd floor FI office. Reference librarian Nalini K. Singh (away in January 2020) has been seconded to User Services, Robarts Library from February 2020 onward, and Kathleen Scheaffer is on research leave beginning in January 2020. The team of Inforum student assistants (see below) will continue to work on the Information Desk until the end of Winter Term 2020.
