Introduction to Photoshop+

Adobe Photoshop is one of the most popular and digital image-editing applications in use today. This industry-standard tool allows users to manipulate and correct existing images, create type, use drawing tools, and combine all three to create complex, layered compositions for print, and screen. In this beginner workshop, you will learn how to navigate the program, become familiar with the program’s functionality, and do some simple image manipulations.

  • Practice non-destructive photo manipulation, and photo editing including colour correction, cropping, and basic air-brushing
  • Create an original image, using text and imported images.
  • Learn to manage file sizes and export for both print and screen.
